This award...in memory of Gail Regnier, a long time employee of Bradley Bowl (CT) and a USBC Bronze Level Coach with a long interest in junior bowling...is awarded annually to an NeJST bowler who best exemplifies sportsmanship, leadership, positive attitude and enthusiam.

The 2011 award was presented to Joshua Regnier, Gail's son. Josh has been competing in NeJST events for the past 4 years. He will be entering Robert Morris University, Chicago, Ill. in the fall.

Championship and BASH Tournaments May 21-22nd

ELIGIBILITY: 

Championship: Open to bowlers who have entered seven or more of the 20 NeJST regular season events. DIVISIONS (age as of 8/1/10):  Collegiate Boys (18-21), Major Boys (15-17), Junior Boys (12-14), Prep Boys/Girls (11 and under), Girls Open (12-21)

BASH: Open to any bowler aged 21 or below as of 8/1/10. No DIVISIONS

The format is the same for both tournaments

 Saturday, May 21^st: 1 PM  - All bowlers except Preps bowl 9 games.

Sunday, May 22^nd  : 11 AM  -  All bowlers bowl 6 games.

                                  Previous days scores carry forward for the Divisions that bowled on Saturday.

                                  The top 5 in each division/BASH (8 if division has more than 14 entries) at the end of these                                                   6 games will advance to stepladder finals.

Finals: Prep Division will bowl a traditional one game stepladder.

     All other Divisions: If the criteria is met bowlers seeded 5^th – 8^th bowl a two game match (total pins) to determine who advances. The winner will continue up the ladder in the best-2-out-of-3-game matches.
